Samir Wagle

Samir Wagle is the founder of 11:11 Partners, and has a passion for innovation and people.

After 25 years of successfully growing businesses, Samir realized that external success doesn’t automatically deliver internal happiness. His subsequent journey helped him realize he loved building high-performance teams. 11:11 Partners and its innovative methodology was created to allow Samir to work in his genius while serving other companies as they grow. Prior to 11:11 Partners, Samir served as CEO of The Protein Bar & Kitchen, and in leadership positions at Boudin Bakeries, Chipotle Mexican Grill, McDonald’s and Deloitte.

Samir received his M.B.A. from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago. He is a certified coach through the Conscious Leadership Group and a Kolbe ™ certified consultant. He enjoys meditation and spends much of his free time either cooking or stirring up trouble with his partner and son. He is pleased to report that his “insides and outsides are much more in alignment”.

Christine Bedalow

Christine Bedalow is a Talent Acquisition Executive with 22 years of experience in full life-cycle recruitment and Application Tracking System (ATS) implementations. As Director of Talent Acquisition at LYONSCG, she grew the company from 70 to over 300 employees in just over 2 years, allowing them to be in Crain’s of Chicago Fastest Growing Companies for 4 years running as well as the Best and Brightest Place to Work. Her strategic approach got her selected into an exclusive Global 100 Talent Acquisition Leader group on LinkedIn and a Bronze Stevie’s Award for Professional Women.

Christine received her B.S. degree in Accounting from Northern Illinois University and holds a C.P.A.. She is a Chicago native and when she is not solving business problems she is volunteering with the Career Transition Center as a pro-bono career coach. She enjoys an active life of hiking, yoga, dancing and biking with her family.

Christopher Sheridan is an expert in Executive Search, as well as a Leadership and Messaging Consultant and a Professor at Wake Forest University. A 25-year Journalist and Media Executive at some of the world’s biggest media companies including ABC, NBC and ESPN, he now helps executives, teams and brands find, craft and tell their most powerful stories unlocking their highest potential. He is a Certified Executive and Team Coach, holds a Master’s Degree from the University of Missouri and did his undergraduate work at the Newhouse School of Communications at Syracuse University.

Dr. Gentzy Franz is an educator, tech executive, and innovative leadership coach dedicated to helping business leaders and their teams in tech, private equity, and restaurants to instill behaviors that lead to high performance and personal well-being. He believes work can and should be an additive component of life, and is committed to practices that support that belief.

He spent 4 years co-creating Uptake, recognized in 2015 as Forbes Hottest New Start Up, and in 2017 the fastest U.S. startup to reach a $2B valuation. He has a Ph.D. in organizational behavior from the University of Illinois where he remains a member of the Graduate Adjunct Faculty.

Gentzy enjoys being a father of 4 exceptional children. They share his love of karaoke, dancing, travel and spicy wings.

Kimberly Togman

Kimberly believes work should matter—people and organizations do their best work when they have purpose and the tools to succeed. She has devoted her career to helping organizations and their people build their strengths, face their challenges, and get better at what they do best.

With over 25 years as a coach, human resources executive, and management consultant, Kimberly draws on her business experience and tools from across the fields of conscious leadership, appreciative inquiry, positive psychology and human development to help leaders and their teams become their most powerful by building from the talents and strengths that make them who they are. In previous roles, she served as Vice President of Human Resources for Managers Investment Group, and in the Global Human Resources Services practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Kimberly has an M.B.A. from Chicago Booth, and is a Professional Credentialed Coach through the International Coach Federation, and holds certifications from the Hudson Institute of Coaching, the Conscious Leadership Group, in Immunity to Change Coaching and numerous psychometric assessment tools. She lives in Philadelphia with her husband, two stepdaughters, and their whippet, Fiona, a very good girl.

She finds great happiness and fulfillment in helping people help themselves. Before joining the 11:11 Partners team, Emma worked as an independent project manager in Hue, Vietnam. Her projects have supported education and technology inclusion for hundreds of disadvantaged children and people with disabilities in local communities.

Renee Price

An accomplished designer, creative consultant and expert in sales & marketing, Renee is lauded for her vivacious style, gracious personality, and resolute work ethic. She has spent two decades designing beautiful, immersive environments and becoming an authority on sales generation and client loyalty. Deeply passionate about mindfulness and personal growth, she has completed courses with Conscious Leadership Group, Landmark Education and now MBSR (mindful based stress reduction) and is driven to bring the art of slowing down and being present to work and personal life. Outside of her career, Renee is an avid equestrian and baker, spending personal time either at the stables, in the kitchen, or with her beloved partner and her stepson.

Teddy Heidt

With 12+ years of professional experience in advertising, marketing, and media, Teddy continues to find excitement and passion in creativity. Starting his career with The Walt Disney Company, he brought his passions to life developing custom and authentic marketing programs that are unique, powerful and successful.

An opportunity to attend culinary school in his early twenties introduced Teddy to then three-unit restaurant group Protein Bar & Kitchen, where he spent four years developing and managing digital and social media strategy as the brand grew to 20+ units.

No longer able to ignore his entrepreneurial itch, Teddy made the leap to build The Gauge Collective, a hyper-creative freelance collective. And after three years, he continues to oversee the day-to-day support of brand's big and small in developing a social and digital strategy totally unique to them.

Thein’s life motivation and daily fuel are first and foremost his wife and two kiddos, but secondly, working in international environments. There’s nothing more inherently educational and rewarding than being surrounded by opportunites to learn and try new things, acquire new skill sets, and meet people from all walks of life.

For many years, Thien has served as an International Cooperation and Development Coordinator at Vietnam Union of Friendship Organizations of Thua Thien Hue Province, Vietnam. You can also find him working at a local language school in Vietnam as an Advisor for HR planning, recruitment and development.
